Sashie Misner

Maine Licensed Landscape Architect

Sashie is a Maine licensed landscape architect who entered the field when she realized the impact the built environment has on our health, happiness and the sustainability of our planet.

Sashie joined Gawron Turgeon Architects, P.C. in 2017 to lead our landscape architecture work. With over 10 years’ experience, Sashie expands GTA’s inhouse expertise for projects involving commercial planning and permitting, urban and streetscape design and site design for a range of residential facilities.

Sashie works with our architecture team to provide seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor environments. Passionate about creating spaces that serve people both functionally and emotionally, Sashie strives to create meaningful spaces that engage their users—she has designed a number of public and private sites including urban parks, educational play spaces, affordable housing developments and multiple commercial developments.
